Printed Cardigan

Now that we are entering that time of year where the temperature fluctuates and it is getting closer to sweater weather, I'm evaluating all my options. I am actually challenging myself to get out of my comfort zone and try something new. That is where the printed cardigan comes in. I love color but I tend to stick with it in solids versus patterns. Loud color is how I express myself. I play with texture as well. On occasion I will introduce stripes. It is time for me to push myself into a new zone, which is why when I saw this pretty, printed cardigan I just said to myself 'do it.'

First let's just address my love for lightweight cardigans. They are are the perfect piece for daytime. It is an easy, everyday throw and looks super cute with a fitted or a flared bodice. Layer a printed cardigan over a simple dress and you've got a fairly stylish and effortless look. There are some gorgeous printed looks linked below - they look just as sharp with tailored slacks.
