Lace Tank Season

While it is not officially spring yet, it has been consistently 70 degrees and above in the Midwest. It is the beginning of so many favorite fashion trends in my life. Trends may not be the best word, since it implies my favorites may not be in style long. No matter - when the weather stays this gorgeous for me it means it is the start of lace tank season. Lace tanks definitely don't fall under the trend category for me.

Lace tanks are underrated in my opinion. While the look is very easy to cross into a provocative look it is just as easy to keep the style classy, chic, casual or boho. I also love creating contrasting looks when wearing lace, for instance a white or cream lace tank pictured, with a peek-a-boo black bandeau or bra.

I also like to add one of my blazers over the lace tank pictured below for chilly evenings, like my rose gold or grey blazer.

I do get pretty excited about lace tank season - this helps me sass up my standard tank top/denim look. Which is one of my go-to styles. I just lightly accessorize and go.
