Metallic Blazer and Coated Jeans
In my opinion, metallic is the adult version of glitter - and you can never have too much of it. I love metallics, whether it's in my make-up, woven into the texture of a dress or it completely takes over my look. It's just another way for me to make my style statement.
I fell in complete love with this metallic blazer, even more so when I saw the print of the lining. It was a bonus. Instead of muting the look with simple black pants, I opted for some of my favorite coated jeans by DL 1961. They also give a hint of a metallic look and feel to them (I also have some coated jeans that have a leather look). Of course, I thought to myself, "why stop there?" The end result was a fabulous pair of B by Brian Atwood heels with amazing metallic details. I don't wear them nearly enough. I will have to change that.
I have found some pretty fab metallic blazers including this hot Mural Slouchy Boyfriend Blazer, an ASOS metallic blazer, and a gorgeously structured COMME USA metallic blazer. Maybe you will find one you LOVE!
While coated jeans are a great styling option, a-line skirts, midi skirts and fitted dresses would look equally fabulous.
